I met Luiz several years ago when he volunteered to redesign a website for my site/podcast ESL Aloud, which consists of lessons for people to improve their spoken English. He immediately understood what needed to be done and made several revisions until the redesign was completed. All of our communication, spoken and written, was in English.

In the course of the redesign project, Luiz demonstrated technical and design skill, an ability to communicate clearly, a dedication to quality, and a wonderful manner that put me at ease even in moments of difficulty. He always did what he promised to do.

We have spoken on Skype several times a month for over five years. Many of our conversations centered on issues of teaching. It is clear to me that he is thoroughly committed to becoming an educator. I believe that his knowledge, in combination with his communicative abilities and supportive personality, will make him a valued instructor.
