I run an Agentic AI engineering firm, building systems with uncompromisingly strict attention to boring stuff like meticulously, laboriously cleaning data to the last atomic cell/batch-element, combined with painfully harsh, rigorous, adversarial testing driven, statistically-disciplined mathematical modeling, and push-the-envelope style extreme AI token cost control.
I adore teaching, with a motivation to give back. I would want to be the teacher, I would have wanted when I was in college, 16 years back.
My firm's outputs are systems deployed in messy real-world environments where they must operate day-to-day with low-variance, minimal-leakage and maximal operational-tightness. This requires us to have: brutally efficient loop execution discipline with emphasis on quality-over-quantity; revenue-over-decision-churn; pragmatism over results of a t-test built over elegant but disastrous non-obvious subtle assumptions about a random variable's distribution; no AI force-fitting in every problem and honesty of approach; optionality and margin preservation with reasonable scale profiles.
