About Oliver
Hi, I'm Ollie, I'm currently studying music at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. As a musician who has played violin for over 10 years, I am throughly familiar with the AMEB syllabus and violin technical skills.
For music theory, I have learnt through the highest grade AMEB Theory (6) and have gone on to compose pieces for String Trios, Orchestras and Solo Violin.
I have experience in playing orchestra's such as the Bayside Chamber Orchestra. Do not hesitate if you would love to learn the skills of music and have a passion for classical music. Hope you will enjoy every lesson.

My main teaching methods are AMEB and my own method that includes a bit of AMEB and a bit of personalised technical work. All methods include a solid foundation of techniques that you will need to play the violin, including: theory, scales, arpeggios, and technical exercises.
We can also work towards any goals of pieces you want to play
I teach the levels of beginner to intermediate, $40 for one hour
