About Akshay
Cricket has been one of the greatest teachers in my life. Through the game, I have learned discipline, resilience, teamwork, leadership, and the importance of continuous improvement. My journey in cricket has given me experiences and lessons that go far beyond runs, wickets, and results.
As a coach, my goal is not simply to teach techniques or improve skills. I want to share the knowledge, insights, and experiences I have gained over the years so that young cricketers can progress faster, avoid common mistakes, and develop a deeper understanding of the game. I believe that every player has unique potential, and with the right guidance, encouragement, and mindset, they can achieve far more than they imagine.
What motivates me most is seeing players grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and discover the joy of competing and improving every day. Coaching gives me the opportunity to give back to the game that has given me so much. I am committed to creating an environment where players feel supported, challenged, and inspired to become the best version of themselves—both as cricketers and as individuals.

Unlike traditional coaching programs that focus only on repetitive drills, we emphasize complete player development—covering technical skills, game awareness, fitness, mental strength, and match temperament.
