Hadas is a marvelous yoga teacher. She designs her classes with the individual participants in mind. I lead social club for neurodivergent adults. Hadas is inclusive of all the different learning and movement styles of her students. Her positive and encouraging interactions make even the most nervous students feel welcomed and successful.

Hadas is a wonderful yoga teacher and human - she is kind, gentle and mindful of everyone's yoga levels and comforts. She guides the classes with thoughtfulness and always modifies with ease when necessary. I always look forward to her classes and hope that she will continue touching the hearts of many others through her guidance.

I know Hadas since elementary school, I’ve been training Yoga and Mindfulness with her for almost a year- since the beginning of the covid-19, and I can’t thank her enough.
She’s very dedicated, with good vibes and works hard on her programs that she designs personally for her students. She cares that you’ll do the exercise in your own pace, in a way that’s right for your body. As she watches her student train, she also suggests a few different variations for some of the poses so you can choose your difficulty level for that lesson.
She’s a great teacher for your body and soul.
