Nick taught me both English and Latin over 4 years at school, with enthusiasm and a unique teacher/pupil interaction that constantly ensured that the whole class was not only engaged but enthralled with whichever epic he was cementing into our minds at the time! Nick taught my children Latin, Greek and English between the ages of 9-13, but would easily work well beyond this age range up to A level. A truly inspirational teacher, he could teach Patagonian if he so chose, and taught English exceptionally. Adept at working across the full range of ability, he pulled the best out of even the most recalcitrant of pupils and coached to scholarship and beyond the curious and committed. Widely read, engaging and possessed with a fabled breadth of general knowledge, his lessons were never ever dull. They were the highlight of my children’s week, setting them up for a 2:i in PPE from Oxford, .a first in History from Edinburgh and a first in Psychology from Manchester.

Nick is not only really smart, he’s a great tutor who cares about your learning and helps you in any way to achieve your educational success, also really great guy highly recommended
