About Doris
Growing up I found that logic puzzles were the best way to spend an afternoon. This perspective guides my teaching today as I bring 10 years of experience to our sessions.
I hold a MS Computer Science from the University of Washington which informs my methodical approach to technical concepts. Helping 271 students navigate the world of Python and backend basics has been a rewarding part of my career.
I emphasize core skills like Git version control and data structures to ensure students build a stable foundation. You will find that I prioritize clarity over complexity in every conversation. My focus remains on problem solving and interview preparation for those tackling DSA challenges.
Teaching kids and exam students requires patience and a no-nonsense attitude that keeps us grounded. I genuinely enjoy watching a student connect the dots on a difficult programming concept.
