About Sawyer
My name is Sawyer Smith. I have several years of actual teaching experience in Choir, Guitar, and Elementary Music. I have a Bachelor's of Music Education and many years of experience in musical leadership and performance. My goal as an educator is to ensure that my students can prosper outside of the classroom. I don't want to just teach you, but I want to teach you how to find answers and gain knowledge without my assistance as well. Your learning process is the most important thing to me.

These lessons will include music theory concepts from basic levels all the way up to intermediate levels of music theory curriculum. They will be very hands on with lots of practice on actual music theory techniques and concepts. A typical lesson will include some basic instruction, followed by that aforementioned hands on practice, and a follow up to refine and correct potential missing concepts. These lessons are designed for anyone age 15+ who wants to learn more about music theory.
