Hence, my approach for the design and planning of the activities is a bottom-up, people-centred one. To design and implement activities, I firstly explore the current situation of the theme that the activity will be built on. This includes national and international policy, research and relevant activities that have been implemented. Secondly, I set priorities and develop an implementation strategy: what are the aims of the activities? What is the context, duration, practicalities, audience? What is the real impact of the project? How will it lead to real sustainable change? Specifically, it is important to think about the allocation of available resources (human, financial, time); the activities (tasks, responsibilities, time frame and milestones); the concrete products of the activities. Secondly, a key aspect of the delivery of activities during my work so far has been the need to reflexive; what do the participants tell about the programme? How can it be transformed to serve their needs throughout the way? Thirdly, evaluation of the activities is guided by questions that construct a framework of accountability of the learning process and the outcomes: Did we achieve our aims and to what extent?
