I am an English teacher.
I have an experience of 5 years in teaching where I was promoted to the post of HOD of the subject due to my creative ways of teaching and having good command over the the subject.

My teaching method is different as I do not just open a lesson and start teaching. My view in this regard is first the students themselves try and explain what can be the story of the chapter while reading the headline. This makes the starting of the lesson really fun and students also become confident in speaking.
