I break running down into bite-sized, doable steps so it feels less like punishment and more like freedom. Whether you’re starting with 60 seconds of jogging or chasing a new PR, I’m here to remind you that running isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, moving your body, and maybe laughing at yourself along the way.
