About Cindy

A few years ago, I went through a series of life-changing incidents that left me grappling with severe anxiety and depression. The transition from university to professional life, coupled with personal setbacks, created a perfect storm of stress and uncertainty. I found myself overwhelmed by the pressures of excelling in my career while trying to maintain balance in my personal life. These incidents hit me hard like a deer in the headlight. I couldn't think, do, and talk to anyone. I feel alone and like a failure.

The Turning Point
The turning point came when I decided to take control of my mental health. I realized that to overcome anxiety and depression, I needed to make significant changes in my life. I researched a lot of meditation and music therapy where the hertz frequency can help myself to self-hypnotize to understand myself and body better.
