I prefer to work with as many visual aids as possible with lots of examples as discussion.
A typica lesson works consists of practice in weak areas and lessons to supplement areas where the student it strong.
I also with with English as a second language learners, thus, I am culturally flexible and adapt easily to different learning styles.
