I am a yoga teacher with two years of teaching experience and a strong foundation in authentic Indian origin yoga. I enjoy helping students feel relaxed, flexible, and confident through regular practice. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and beginner-friendly, focusing on correct postures, mindful breathing, and overall physical and mental well-being.

I teach authentic Indian yoga based on traditional Hatha yoga, asanas, and pranayama. I am a Patanjali certified yoga teacher with 2 years of teaching experience. My lessons are beginner-friendly and focus on stress relief, flexibility, correct posture, breathing techniques, and overall physical and mental wellbeing. Classes are calm, safe, and suitable for all levels.
