About James
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC, and worked as a graphic designer for a number of years. My experience as a graphic designer has provided me with transferable skills of creativity, time management, and organizational skills. I have a strong passion for teaching American Sign Language. I am the only deaf person in my family, which has provided me with a lifelong awareness of both deaf and hearing communities. I love having the opportunity to interact with students and teach about deaf culture and American Sign Language from a unique perspective.

I have always taken my job responsibilities very seriously and enjoy new challenges. I am willing to work

of American Sign Language instructor. My passion and skill set will be a great addition to the Superprof and the district as a whole.

I really teach ASL at College of the Sequoias. In more than 22 years, my ASL still lives in my heart forever for real communication. I made my students understand me to talk with sign language, body language, and facial expression. If you are really interested in me, I will be happy to teach you the basics of fingerspelling, slow sign language to level to higher education in the future. Help them with voice difficulties, autism, and/or deaf children/adults.
