About Tonary
Hi, my name is Tonary. I am a professional dancer from grade school. I gathered all my resources and techniques I learned over the years into a more useful style of dancing for the majority that incorporates into strength and fitness. The style I now come to teach is dancing aerobics.

You will learn dancing and creating moves that works out your entire body . You will get cardio without tiring yourself up . You will be physically fit all year long. I always make my workouts enjoyable. I play songs of modern times and that are trending. The class is for all ages 17 to adults.
