As a former elite athlete I have made a lot of mistakes. But the nice things about that I learned so much from it. Performing well and enjoying the sport which you are doing is an art. With the pressure of family, friends and society it is not easy to stay close to yourself. Meeting your own needs is essential to perform well. Wether you are an professional athlete or you are recreational athlete: balancing your life is key to your own success. I am an intuitive coach and I value your needs most.
