I am Shalini Roy Patarya, a certified yoga teacher. I am in my final semester of MSc in Yoga and yoga therapy. I am a researcher also. My recent research is on effect of yoga in pre, peri and menopause transition of women

I take different meditation, in group classes, individual classes one to one via Zoom. Restorative classes, pranayama and meditation are my speciality. People do find it very relaxing. I do take therapy classes also. Usually session will be of 1 hr. Classes suitable to any age group. I am a certified India yoga teacher in my final semester of Masters in yoga and yoga therapy.
