About Lena
Hi, my name is Lena, and I’m a certified 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo with a strong background in both training and competition. I specialise in Poomsae (forms) and have competed in over 40 competitions, earning more than 40 medals throughout my journey.
I’ve proudly represented Australia on the international stage, gaining valuable experience at the highest level of competition. My teaching style focuses on discipline, technique, and confidence-building, making my sessions suitable for all ages and skill levels – from beginners wanting to build a strong foundation to athletes preparing for competitions.
Whether you’re aiming to improve your Poomsae, sharpen your technique, or simply grow your skills in a supportive environment, I’m here to help you reach your goals.

My lessons are designed to build strong foundations through in-depth stretching, technical drills, and detailed correction of movements. Sessions typically run 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student’s needs. As a certified 2nd Dan Black Belt, Poomsae specialist, and international competitor with 40+ medals, I bring extensive experience from both training and competition. Lessons are suitable for all ages and skill levels, from beginners learning basics to advanced students preparing for tournaments. Face-to-face training is most effective, though I also offer online sessions for flexibility.
