About Yousef
I’m a former Team GB athlete and a multiple-time national champion with extensive competitive experience at a high level. I’ve competed in numerous national and international competitions, which has given me a deep understanding of performance, pressure, and preparation. I’m highly skilled, disciplined, and passionate about sharing my knowledge to help others improve. My experience allows me to adapt to all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, while keeping training effective, engaging, and motivating.

I believe health is wealth, and I aim to inspire young people to build strong habits, resilience, and self-belief that last far beyond training.
