About Lucas
Hello! My name is Lucas and I am a Physical Education Professional with a Master's degree specializing in Swimming Biomechanics and a former high-performance athlete with over 10 years of competitive experience. Throughout my career, I've noticed that many swimmers train for years without fully understanding what is limiting their progress. That's why I developed the BioSwim methodology: a way to transform biomechanical concepts into simple, practical, and individualized guidance. My goal is not just to make you swim more. It's to make you swim better.

Each lesson is completely personalized and tailored to your level and goals. During training, I use video footage, technical analysis, and biomechanical principles to identify the factors that most limit your efficiency in the water. Based on this assessment, I develop specific exercises to accelerate your progress. Lessons are suitable for: • Beginners who want to learn to swim correctly. • Intermediate swimmers who want to correct technical errors. • Athletes seeking to improve performance and efficiency. • Triathletes who want to perfect their swimming for competitions. My focus is on teaching technique clearly and based on evidence, respecting the pace and needs of each student. The student receives: 1- Initial technical assessment. 2- Swimming footage when necessary. 3- Corrections based on biomechanics. 4- Specific drills for each need. 5- Individualized progress plan. 6- Continuous monitoring of progress. If you feel you train a lot but keep repeating the same technical errors, my job is to identify exactly what is limiting your progress and show you a clear path to correct them.
