About Jessica
I’m Jess, a mum, a nursing student, and someone who received a late diagnosis of autism and ADHD in adulthood. Understanding my neurodivergence changed everything — it helped me recognise my strengths, manage my challenges, and adapt my learning in ways that actually work for my brain. That experience is a big reason why I want to support teens who might be feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of themselves. I know how much difference the right support can make, and I want to offer the kind of guidance I needed growing up. I’m calm, patient and good at breaking things down, and I enjoy helping others feel more capable and confident. I’m also hoping to continue my studies in neuroscience and neurodiversity research in the future, and working with students gives me real experience in understanding how different people learn and what support truly helps.

My lessons are calm, supportive and completely tailored to each student. In our first session, we’ll talk about your main challenges so I can create a plan that works for your brain and your goals. I focus on helping teens build confidence, organise their learning, manage overwhelm and prepare for interviews in a way that feels safe, structured and pressure-free. Every session is flexible, personalised, and centred around steady, realistic progress.
