About Bridie
About me I've led teams in call centers, IT, software, charity work, local and central government, kaupapa Maori membership organizations and financial services. I've completed a senior leadership learning program and have had leadership coaching myself. I'm a tertiary-qualified adult educator, have a university degree as well as a specialist leadership qualification. I've designed several leadership and management programs, leadership capability frameworks, and I've been training, coaching and supporting people for nearly twenty years. I'd love to help you feel set up for success in your role.

Our first session will be about me getting to know you and the work that you do, as well as any difficulties or challenges you have. We'll agree on two or three things to work on to start with, and then make a plan for regular sessions.
After we meet the first time I can put together a coaching proposal and agreement for you to sign, or we can agree everything up front in the first session.
If you're up for it, I'll record our sessions so that you can go back and listen. If you'd like me to, and for an extra cost, I can write up our sessions with the key points, commitments, and recommendations and include copies of or links to learning resources/job aids that might suit.
