About Anne
I am an enthusiastic piano tutor with more than 9+ years of experience teaching students from school, college, and professional backgrounds. I strongly believe that learning piano is a journey that combines technical skill, creativity, and personal expression.
My teaching approach emphasises patience, clear communication, and adapting lessons to each student’s needs and goals. I provide lessons that build strong fundamentals such as finger technique, hand coordination, rhythm, and sight-reading, gradually progressing to advanced techniques.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises to provide a well-rounded musical education. My lessons are creative, engaging, and practical, often including song-based exercises, improvisation, and performance preparation. I guide students to overcome challenges, build confidence, and maintain consistent practice routines.
My goal is to create a supportive, motivating, and inspiring environment where students feel encouraged to enjoy learning and grow as musicians.

My teaching methodology is goal-oriented and adaptive. Alongside piano, I also teach related subjects like music theory, sight-reading, rhythm, and ear training. This holistic approach ensures that students gain technical skill, musical understanding, and personal expression. Every lesson is designed to be motivating, practical, and inspiring.
