About Giuseppe
Giuseppe brings a passion for practised posture, movement, and especially for body alignment. He has been delivering Pilates classes for years in 2 different countries (Italy and Scotland) sharing his passion and enthusiasm for Pilates by teaching students of all ages and backgrounds.
His peculiar Pilates comes from his several years' teaching background in different postural activities: yoga, swimming (UKCC) and Nordic walking (INWA).
He started out at a young age as a football player and has found that having a keen interest in a variety of sporting activities has played a very important role in his professional and personal life.

My Pilates classes follow the Pilates principles according to Joseph Pilates's method but are also personalized according to the participants ' needs. You need just the mat and a good will to learn, improve and challenge yourself day after day.

This is my weekly timetable:
Mon 09,30am and 1pm
Wed 10,30am
Thu 14,15
Fri 09,30am
The online group lessons cost 5£ x person and are all 45'. The lessons are online using the platform "Zoom". Because the lessons are online and it's impossible to check every single movement or muscle engagement, I reserve not to admit to the class pregnant women, students with serious injuries or serious physical impediments, sorry for that but it's only for your wellness and safety. Thanks for understanding.
