About Jessika
I am a personal trainer, online coach and bikini competitor currently training to move up into the figure category. I’ve been in the industry for five years and have gained knowledge and experience which I now share with clients to get them the results and body they’ve been dreaming of. I teach realistic lifestyle habits and educate clients, providing them with all of the tools they need to smash their goals as easily as possible.
