About Andres

I teach through a practical, results-driven approach. I bring real-life business experience to every session, focusing on how management, finance, and negotiation work in the real world, not just in theory. I use examples from my own companies, case studies from clients I have worked with, and simple frameworks that make complex topics easy to understand and apply.
A typical lesson begins with a short discussion about a specific challenge or concept, such as handling cash flow, leading a team, or closing a deal. I then introduce a framework or strategy that addresses it. We apply that strategy to a realistic scenario. Every session ends with a quick summary and a short action plan to apply the lesson in real life, or an assignment if the student prefers.
What sets me apart is that I am not just a teacher. I am an active business owner who has managed teams, negotiated real contracts, raised funds, and solved tough problems. My students learn how to take action, not just how to understand a concept.
