About Toby
I hold a master's degree in Teaching from Liberty University. I have worked with all ages into adulthood and have over five years' experience working with learners who have learning challenges. I am certified as a teacher in Georgia in the areas of English as a Second Language (ESOL), History, Social Studies, and Special Education. I am also certified as an IGI/AGI Ground Instructor by the FAA.
