About Dylan
I have spent many years of my life honing my skills as a performer, composer, and audio engineer, culminating in a four-year degree at the Peabody Conservatory. I am most experienced with Jazz and Rock music, but the fundamentals of understanding music are applicable to all genres and styles. The technical skills that I have accrued in understanding and creating music will be used to help you build a solid foundation of musical understanding that you can use to create the art that is in your head.

We will spend our tutoring sessions in a custom manner that is tailored to your needs as a student. We might practice reading music, writing voice leading, sight singing, taking dictations, soloing over chord changes, writing and analyzing music, mixing your music, or so much more. We can also work on technique if you are an electric or upright bass player. You will have access to all of my experience from earning my degree in Jazz Bass Performance and Recording Arts and Sciences at the Peabody Conservatory.
