Flying Low involves grounded, dynamic movements, focusing on smooth transitions between the floor and standing positions. It helps students build strength, agility, and spatial awareness. For contemporary dance, I work on fluidity, improvisation, and body awareness, using exercises that develop both creativity and technical skill. I mix structured drills with free movement, allowing dancers to find their own unique style. To train the body, I incorporate strength-building exercises, flexibility training, and mobility work to ensure dancers improve their technique and overall physical fitness. I tailor exercises to each individual’s progress, ensuring steady improvement while avoiding injury.
