About Svetlana
I have been teaching Russian for three years and work with Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking students. I also speak Spanish, Portuguese, and English. During my lessons, I try to give equal attention to reading, writing, speaking, and listening because Russian is one of the more challenging languages to learn.
My lessons are dynamic and interactive. Before starting, I ask my students to fill out a questionnaire so I can learn more about their interests, goals, and needs. Based on this, I build a personalized lesson plan and adapt the learning process to each student. My lessons also include insights into Russian culture and traditions.

I start each lesson with a language warm-up, revise what we covered in the previous lesson, move on to a new topic, practice it, and finish with homework assignments.
