I’ve known Shraddha for years now.
We first met back in university, where she’d often sing for us. Whenever she started singing, our whole group would just go completely quiet, mesmerized and carried away by her voice.
​What has always fascinated me about Shraddha is how she actually perceives music. The degree to which she perceives depth, detail, and pure resolution is way beyond anyone else I’ve ever met, and her passion matches it. On a road trip years ago, her parents came along with us, and at one point, the three of them started singing an Odia song together. It was such a beautiful moment, and it clicked for me that this incredible musical instinct and talent really runs in her family.
