About Constance
I studied English Education, I have taught grade 3 to grade 12. I also studied Business Administration and Management in the Polytechnic. I help with report sheets of students at the end of the term. I am also the school secretary to the school's management committee. I get involved in the staff forum. I am also an administrative officer. I help in completing applications and assessing them. Volunteer services, seminar.

My teaching methods are basically direct, I try to be as simple as possible. For example, I introduce myself and get to know the pupils by asking for their names and addresses. I try to bond with them as much as possible. Then from there, I go straight to the agenda for the day.
