As one of Lilia’s GCSE English Literature students, I can’t recommend her enough. I’m dyslexic and found Othello particularly challenging, but Lilia explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and helped me build my confidence. With her support, I improved from a grade 4 to a grade 8. She’s incredibly patient, encouraging, and genuinely cares about helping her students succeed.

Being a close friend to Lilia I can confidently say that there is no better person you could ask to teach you English literature. Her passion and dedication for the subject is very admirable. During A-levels, as someone who does not enjoy or take English at all, I found myself intrigued whenever we would discuss topics surrounding her course. Her way of explaining and walking through the complex ideas made it very easy even for me to understand.
