I'm extremely friendly and genuinely enjoy helping people achieve their goals. I have an understanding approach whilst still ensuring thoroughness in my teaching.
There's a mutual buzz for the student and any good teacher when little achievements or breakthroughs are made, alongside big victories like great exam results. I firmly believe that teachers can make the biggest difference in inspiring young people to actually want to put effort into their studies rather than just being in those lessons to pass time.

Everyone is different, so I make an effort to understand learning styles in order deliver the best lessons I can, and give lasting pieces of advice that will stay in your mind whenever you write. I'm more than happy to work together to find the best style of learning and structure for you.
I'll familiarise myself with the area you want to work on before we go through it together, however broad or specific your focus area is.
I achieved a grade 9 in both GCSE English Language and Literature and an A* in A-Level English Literature, and I have experience as an English Prefect working 1-1 with year 7 buddies who found reading a writing a little more difficult than other subjects.
