About Linda

My academic background is as follows: I passed a baccalaureate S I had with honors 13:07. I followed my graduate studies at Sorbonne in major linguistics and French literature and minor English. Since I was in high school I teach two or three students a week. I always pass on effective techniques for the retention of information, methods to improve literary commentaries and dissertations, to acquire writing skills, to perfect the grammar and spelling of French.

About the lesson

I am a student at Sorbonne University (Paris 5th). I am in 3rd year degree in linguistics and French literature. I offer French classes to students from primary to terminal. I can also teach English up to college since I am doing a minor of English at the Sorbonne next to major linguistics and French literature. I help my students to perfect spelling, grammar, syntax and improve writing. I also work with my students the oral and written expression without forgetting the fundamental that are the dissertations and the literary comments. My classes are as follows: I review with the student his courses followed at school, I explain the lessons to him in the end a summary of what he should remember. Then, I check his understanding by giving him various application exercises to do. And in the end, I correct the exercises and I leave him a topic of writing to do and correct for the next session. In my teaching, I insist a lot on the writing part given its usefulness throughout the studies. I also give infallible techniques for dissertations and literary comments to my students. Throughout my two years at the college I made about fifty dissertations and literary comments which allowed me to be today at ease with these types of exercises in French. Although French is my area of expertise I can also help in English.
