About MOTLATSI TLOU
I am a student teacher, a mentor, mathematic tutor and a director at DREAM INNOVATORS ACADEMY, always looking forward to learning from different people as I believe that life never stop teaching. I am God-fearing and also willing to extend my helping hand to those who are in need. I am highly motivated by life challenges as I draw lessons from those challenges. I am able to analyse and critically assess the situation, seek multiple perspectives in pursuit to remedy the situation, gather information and identify key issues that warrant immediate intervention or issues that need to be addressed.

My teaching philosophy is, always looking forward to learning from different people as I believe that life never stops teaching. Therefore, I believe that education extends far beyond the classroom, and it involves many more people than learners and teachers. People should learn wherever they go, and should continue learning long after they’ve graduated from any educational institution. Education isn’t something that can be quantified with tests or report cards, but is instead something that people carry with them. One of the most essential reasons I want to be a teacher is to prepare knowledge for learners, not only in the classroom, but everywhere and for the rest of their lives. I love teaching Mathematics to 14-20 years(age group) because it is an early stage for them to start being innovative.
