I do not only give the learners what they need but I teach the way I wanted to be taught when I was their age and grade. I do not tell the learners because they will forget, I teach them and they remember and when I envolve them in class lessons that is where they learn. I make sure to leave no child behind, I teach in such a way that I address everyone's needs.
