About Faatimah

I am a creative and innovative thinker. I love making resources as well as finding new ways to teach young minds new concepts.
I love making new friends and incorporating fun and new ways to do activities and learn new things.

About the lesson

I have been a private tutor for 2 years now, both with face to face lessons and over Zoom, Whatsapp Video, Skype, FaceTime and Microsoft Teams. I have tutored students ranging from Grades 1-7 and have gathered great experience and expertise therefrom.
I have always been an amicable person and love the young vibrancy of your staff board and feel as though it would be the perfect fit for me. In addition to this I was previously married, not all was lost as my younger brother and sister in law (ages 11 and 9 respectively) gave me the opportunity to further discover my maternal instincts but also love for teaching.

I have tutored a considerable number of students who have suffered with one or more barriers to their learning and in addition to this my elder sister works as a Speech and Language Pathologist for The Bridge Institute for Assisted Learners. With this being said, my expertise in the field of inclusive education is far beyond what it should be for a student in my year. My sister has taught me a considerable amount and I often liaise with her as well as join conferences alongside her and network with other professionals in the field.
