About Mariana
I've always enjoyed studying and learning a lot and I didn't understand why other colleagues often hate it. So when I started preparing for the entrance exam I actually understood that. At that time I started to study about study techniques and apply them in my preparation and I saw that some students were studying "without direction", they didn't make an individualized plan, which left them frustrated. So I developed a great interest in learning and now I study and read about it more and more. My knowledge is evolving, but I know that with what I've learned so far, I can help a lot students who feel lost and unmotivated in their studies.

There are four stages of classes for student preparation, with the number of classes depending on personal demand. The first step is self-knowledge, in which we explore the individual profile to be able to organize the studies in the best way for each one. The second stage is mental health, in which we talk about ways to combine studies with other activities and we talk about meditation and time management. The third stage is the study and memorization methods, in which we will approach techniques such as mind map, flash cards, pomodoro, recall and memory palace. And, finally, in the fourth stage, we organize an individualized schedule and learn to use techniques to control progress in studies. Remembering that each process is shaped according to the student's profile.
