I have been training people for 3 years and taking their preparations either to improve their quality of life, to gain muscle mass as well as to tone or define. I have enough knowledge despite not having finished my career due to my ambition to want to know more and more. I've been training in the gym for 5 years.

My teaching method is individualization. For my cousin that the treatment to the trained one is individualized. Why? Because not all people are equal or have the same goal. Therefore, since each person is different, a plan will be made and supervised as deemed convenient.
