About Maya
Hi! I'm Maya, I'm 20 and fluent in both Hebrew and English. I grew up in the UK, moved to Israel when I was 9 and have moved back for university.
For 6 years in high school I tutored kids in English. I helped prepare them for exams, helped with their homework and spoke to them only in English.
I've always thought education should be based in enjoyment so I have always made sure my students have a good time while learning. I enjoy giving students the necessary knowledge in the most enjoyable manner possible and therefore watching them learn faster and more efficiently.

In the first lesson we will have a discussion regarding your goals and how you'd like your lessons structured. During regular lessons I will speak only in Hebrew, help you with pronunciation, vocabulary and reading according to your needs. I am also happy to recommend books, radio and TV shows, podcasts, or anything else in Hebrew so you can practice Hebrew outside lessons in the most enjoyable way possible.
I am a full time student so my availability is in the evening or during weekends. Due to this I prefer to teach online. All ages and levels welcome!
