About Childéric

Hello, I teach business law (companies, collective proceedings, business, ...) civil law (obligations, contracts), European law (EU substantive law, internal market law), international law (Private or public international law, international trade law), constitutional law. I can also teach in other options depending on the subjects chosen at the University. I hold a Master's degree in international business law and a DJCE from the University of Aix-en-Provence, obtained with honors. I also have a DESU in business contracts and competition law. Currently, I pass the competition of lawyers in Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. In addition to several internships, I had the opportunity to give many free consultations to private individuals in a firm, thus working my pedagogy. See you soon !

About the lesson

On the form, the method is free and depends on the needs of the student. Several possibilities are open and in particular: - The pupil wishes to approach particular points of the program - The pupil wishes to work his methodology of practical cases, comments, dissertations, ... - The pupil wishes an accompaniment in the realization of his TD - Help with the completion of course sheets - etc. Basically, I favor an empirical method based on the example. It is about starting from concrete examples allowing to better apprehend, to understand and to master the general norm. Thus, before addressing the technical aspects of a notion, one must first identify its interest and the problem it responds to.
