About Capucine
I have already worked with children during awakening and flexibility workshops, I have never given dance lessons at home. But my experience in dance taught me to work in small spaces, as well as on the stage.
I've been a ballet dancer for 18 years and I also did Modern and Contemporary dance.

Law student having done classical dance for 15 years in conservatory, I offer dance lessons which will allow to work the flexibility the holding of the body and of course on the bases of the classical dance. I would work at home, bringing material to relax and my knowledge. The class will begin with a warm-up, then with dance steps ranging from positions to arabesques without forgetting the pirouettes, then we will end with stretching to avoid any stiffness the next day.
