About Ritu
I am an enthusiastic Guitar tutor with 7 years of teaching experience, working with high school students, college learners, and adult beginners who want to learn guitar in a simple and effective way. So far, I have successfully taught around 300 students.
My teaching philosophy focuses on patience, motivation, and personalised learning. I understand that every student learns at a different speed, so I design my lessons according to each student's ability and goals.
During my classes, students learn the core fundamentals of guitar including chords, rhythm patterns, strumming techniques, finger exercises, and basic music understanding. These skills help them play smoothly and confidently.
I believe learning songs is an important part of guitar education. Therefore, I help students learn simple and popular songs that allow them to apply their skills and stay motivated.
One of my proudest achievements as a tutor is seeing students develop confidence in their playing. Many of my students who started as beginners can now play full songs and perform at school or college events.
My classes focus on practical learning, steady progress, and building confidence. I always encourage students to practise regularly and enjoy their musical journey.
My goal is to guide students step by step so they can become confident guitar players and develop a strong love for music.

My teaching methodology focuses on helping students develop Guitar skills step by step. Through clear communication and flexible teaching methods, I adapt lessons to match each student’s learning style and level.
Students begin by learning the fundamentals such as chord shapes, rhythm patterns, strumming techniques, and scale exercises. These basics help build confidence and technical ability.
I use real-life examples from songs and musical performances to demonstrate how Guitar techniques are applied in real music. This approach helps students understand the practical use of what they learn.
In addition to Guitar, I also teach related subjects such as music theory basics, ear training, rhythm practice, improvisation, and songwriting fundamentals. These subjects strengthen the student’s overall musical knowledge.
My aim is to support students as they gradually improve their Guitar playing and musical understanding.
