About Ava
I hold a BFA in Music Industry from Belmont University. This education shaped how I approach music education for my students. I have 13 years of experience gigging under a spotlight. Over the years, I have worked with grade exam candidates, working professionals, intermediate learners, and kids.
I teach strumming patterns, scales, modes, tuning, maintenance, reading tabs, songwriting, and power chords. My approach is chill and encouraging. What specific guitar goals are you working toward right now?

Confidence arrives when your fingers know exactly where to go. Solid technique changes everything. I provide custom backing tracks so you can practice soloing at home.
This allows you to apply scales and modes effectively. You will get comfortable with your instrument.
Whether you are a kid or a working professional, the focus remains on usable performance skills. I bring my guitar and a portable amp to keep the environment grounded and relaxed. We will move at a pace that keeps things fun.
