About Jhanvi
Hi, I’m *Jhanvi Gupta*. I graduated with a full degree in English, and literature has been my favorite subject for as long as I can remember.
I know how frustrating English can feel. One day you’re reading Wordsworth and it’s beautiful, the next day you’re stuck writing a 5-mark answer on “theme and imagery” and drawing a blank. I’ve been that student. What changed things for me was realizing literature isn’t about memorizing pages — it’s about learning _how_ to read, _what_ examiners look for, and _how_ to structure answers that score.
*Why I want to share knowledge:*
I want to be the tutor I wish I had. Someone who breaks down _Macbeth_ without making it sound like a foreign language. Someone who shows you exactly why a poem uses metaphor, and how to turn that into 2 solid marks. I love seeing that moment when a student goes from “I don’t get this” to “Oh, now it makes sense.”
On Chegg, my goal is simple: give you clear, step-by-step explanations for poems, prose, and drama. I focus on themes, literary devices, character arcs, and answer structure for CBSE, ICSE, ISC, and BA English exams. No fluff, no jargon — just exam-ready clarity.
