Our Training Philosophy:
Performance over Aesthetics is our philosophy. We train for our sport and therefore the movements we learn & perform are dictated based on our ability but ultimately what ensures we perform at our best when needed.
Session Length: 60-120 minutes per session

- Strength, Power & Conditioning
- Trunk Strength & Stability
Qualifications & Experience:
13 Years Experience. Coached alongside one of the best S&C coaches in the country. Currently coach Amateur, Professional & Team GB Boxers.
Caters For: Amateur to Professional Combat Athletes.
