Hi, I’m Salam — a STOTT Pilates instructor currently in training and deeply passionate about helping people feel strong, calm, and connected in their bodies. I discovered Pilates as a way to move more intentionally and gently after years of pushing through stress and imbalance. It changed how I experience my body — and now I’m on a journey to share that same transformation with others.

These are 60-minute sessions in your own space— all you need is a mat and a quiet space. I’ll provide the rest. My Pilates sessions are about more than just movement — they’re about helping you reconnect with your body, build strength from the inside out, and move with intention. Whether you’re easing back into exercise, managing stress, or just want to feel more aligned and energised, every session is tailored to meet you where you are. We focus on breath, posture, control, and calm — so you leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more present in your body. If you happen to have a Reformer at home that’s a bonus, I can also guide you through that — but Mat-based sessions are just as powerful, especially for posture, strength, and stress relief.
