Hi there! I am a native Swahili speaker and I can't wait to be your tutor :)
To me, Swahili is more than just a language; it is a bridge. I love how it connects people across borders and shares a beautiful "DNA" with many other African languages. It is a melodic, rhythmic language rich with meaningful proverbs and I can’t wait to share that beauty with you.

In Kenya, Swahili is a living, breathing, conversational language. While formal grammar has its place, my goal is to get you speaking. If you are someone from the diaspora looking to reconnect with your heritage and finally hold a conversation with family or friends back home, I am here to help you find your voice. If you are a complete beginner who is nervous about your first greeting, don’t be! We will focus on the practical, conversational basics you actually need to communicate with any Swahili speaker in the real world—just what you need to know. Karibu sana!
